Commercial Title Services Firm Hires 20-Year Industry Veteran, Amy Regal, to Manage New Branch Office

Los Angeles, Calif., – March 5, 2015 – GRS Group, a global provider of commercial real estate Title Insurance, Assessment, and Financial Advisory services, announced today that it has opened a new office in Cleveland, Ohio.
The group also announced that industry veteran, Amy Regal, has joined the firm and will manage the Cleveland operation. Other GRS | Title office locations include Richmond, Scottsdale and Dallas.
Already based in Cleveland, Amy Regal is a seasoned commercial real estate veteran with over 20 years experience in commercial title insurance.
For the past four years, Ms. Regal has been vice president at Erie Title Agency where she helped manage the commercial services division. Before that, she was senior vice president at Resource Title Agency, Inc. There, she was responsible for commercial title insurance business development.
Prior to her time at Resource, Ms. Regal spent seven and a half years as vice president at Chicago Title Insurance Company.
