Job Purpose Summary:
This position is responsible for assuring projects are completed in compliance with company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures. This individual’s primary goal is to provide superior customer & technical service to GRS Group clients. This position reports directly to GRS Group Technical Director and requires the individual to work full time out of GRS Group’s Irvine office.

Job Purpose Summary:
This position is responsible, in general, to provide execution support to a team of Project Manager and Directors. The Service Coordinator is responsible for both front-end project setup and backend report production support.

Commercial Closer – GRS | Title
Location: Various Locations
Job Purpose Summary:
The Commercial Closer is responsible for processing and closing commercial transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This includes working with Company clients, their advisors and Company personnel and to gather all information required for closing. The Commercial Closer is responsible for ensuring that transactions are properly documented and that both supporting and contractual documentation is complete and accurate.

Job Purpose Summary:
This position is responsible for completing examinations of complex commercial real estate transactions and produces title insurance commitments and policies. Also provides underwriting support and guidance for commercial customers.
