This summer, GRS | Corteq provided multiple services for its client, Greystone, on several large multifamily transactions in four states. The projects, which included a total of over 1500 units, were located in NV, NC, MI, and FL. With a total asset value exceeding $125 Million, GRS | Corteq services included Environmental Assessments, Property Condition Reports and Zoning. GRS Group director, Steve Canty, spearheaded the service package.
