GRS Group supported the due diligence efforts of Hackman Capital Partners in its purchase of the iconic CBS Television City® property in Los Angeles, California.
The property is a 25 acre campus which includes 780,000 square feet of buildings. With the original structures built in 1952, Television City® has played a significant role in pop culture. During its history, the studio has hosted a who’s who list of television shows: from Jack Benny, Judy Garland and Carol Burnett to sitcoms “All in the Family”, “Maude” and “Good Times” recorded in front of studio audiences. The studio has also been home to the long running game show “The Price is Right” for over 45 years.
