Los Angeles, CA, – June 11, 2018, GRS Group is pleased to announce that Timothy Van Zant has joined its team as Zoning Operations Manager.
Based in Oklahoma City, Mr. Van Zant has been in the real estate industry since the mid-1980s. Over the past 11 years, he has held commercial zoning and survey management positions at two other national firms.
Additionally, Mr. Van Zant has been a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, and the Appraisal Institute. He is a certified Appraisal Project Manager/Level 4 Senior Appraiser in the State of Arkansas, and a Level II Assessor/Appraiser in the State of Indiana.
