GRS | Corteq recently completed assessment services on a 131,475 square foot mixed-use facility at Santa Monica, CA’s world famous 3rd Street Promenade. The high-profile commercial property, valued at $90 million, houses 32 multifamily units, along with 37,138 square feet of retail/restaurant/movie theaters and approximately 61,000 square feet of office space.
Services provided by GRS | Corteq included a Property Condition Assessment (PCA), Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), and Seismic Probably Maximum Loss Assessment (PML). GRS | Corteq director Jeff Coyne spearheaded the service package on behalf of a Beverly Hills-based CMBS client.
