GRS | Title recently provided services on the acquisition the former Media General Inc. headquarters building in downtown Richmond, VA. The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission purchased the Class A office building for $20.4 million from Hourigan Construction.
Located at 333 E. Franklin St, Hourigan acquired the building in mid-2017 and completely renovated the 125,000 square foot structure. Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission employees began moving into the building in December and the transaction closed on June 4.
