Los Angeles, CA, – November 29, 2018 GRS Group is pleased to announce that Brian Mende has joined its transaction services team as Director of Business Development.

Based in New Jersey, Mr. Mende is a seasoned veteran in the area of commercial real estate assessment and due diligence services. With experience in all commercial property categories and myriad transaction types, Mr. Mende has served the CMBS market, institutional lenders, equity lenders, private equity, REITs, and property owners. He has worked throughout the US, Mexico, and the US Virgin Islands, as well as providing oversight of projects in South and Central America. Mr. Mende’s career also includes 8 years as a Risk Officer for a major financial institution providing environmental and engineering due diligence consulting expertise for industrial, commercial and multi-family residential development real estate.
In his new role with GRS Group, Mr. Mende will be able to expand the scope of his sales efforts to include all transaction services the firm offers:
