GRS | Corteq recently provided assessment services on a $13 million Freddie Mac loan applied to the acquisition of Legend at Tulsa Hills, an 86-unit senior housing community in Tulsa, OK. 

The property, built in 2014, consists of 68 assisted living units and 18 memory care units.

Parent company, Legend Senior Living, was founded in 2001. The privately held Seniors Housing and Services company owns and operates 35 residences representing over 2,380 units of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Residences in Kansas, Oklahoma, Florida, Colorado and Texas.
