GRS | Corteq recently completed Assessment Services on the acquisition of The Communities at Arbor Vista, a 675-unit multifamily portfolio located in Adelphi, MD—approximately nine miles north of Washington D.C.
Constructed in 1960, the Class B, garden-style apartment development comprises three communities: Arbor Vista, Sienna Creek and Sienna Gardens. The portfolio features a swimming pool, playgrounds, fitness and business centers, laundry facilities and a soccer field.
GRS | Corteq director, Mark Halloran, spearheaded the assessment services package for the firm’s clients, East Union Funding and Greystone. Services provided included Freddie Mac Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments and Green Assessments.
