GRS | Corteq recently provided construction risk management services on the prominent luxury high rise JeffJack apartment building in downtown Chicago.
The JeffJack building gets its name from its location—at the southwest corner of Jefferson Street and Jackson Boulevard in Chicago’s West Loop.
The 15-story, 250,000 square-foot structure features 190 luxury apartment units, 5,000 square feet of retail space, fitness and conference rooms as well as a pool, theater, bar, cyber café, and a social room. The luxurious apartments units feature floor-to-ceiling windows exposing brilliant sunlight and urban views. High ceilings, brushed concrete beams, designer finishes and in-unit washer/dryers round out more notable features. Of note, this project sold to LaSalle Investment Management for reportedly $82 million just four months after opening.
