GRS | Corteq has completed a Phase I and Plan/Cost Analysis on a new, 190-unit apartment project breaking ground in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago.  In addition, GRS | Corteq has been retained to perform ongoing construction monitoring during the development. The project site, at the southwest corner of Jackson and Jefferson, is currently a surface level parking lot.

The LEED Silver certified building will include an eco-garden located on the 4th floor above indoor parking. Also included is an 8,500-square-foot amenity space on the top floor with an indoor pool, sundeck, dining cabanas, exercise facility, yoga studio, social room, library, media room, executive conference room, and a business center.

Construction begins in January 2014 and should be ready for occupancy by Spring 2015.  GRS | Corteq Director, Julie Sorensen, spearheaded GRS | Corteq’s servicing package.
