Industry expert brings over 25 years of experience to the growing commercial real estate services brand

Los Angeles, Calif., – March 21, 2012 – GRS Group, a leading provider of commercial real estate Transaction Services and Title Services, announced today that Gary R. Sirota, a nationally recognized commercial real estate due diligence expert, has joined its Phoenix, AZ office as Business Development Director.

Mr. Sirota has more than 25 years’ experience in environmental consultation, encompassing environmental regulatory compliance, transactional due diligence assessment, remediation, risk assessment, industrial and environmental chemistry.

Prior to joining GRS Group, he was Managing Partner of Sirota & Associates, LLP, a firm he formed after leaving Shaw Environmental, Inc., where he was the Program Manager of its national due diligence practice. In addition, he has set up due diligence programs at three other national firms in both the US and Canada.

Mr. Sirota is based in GRS Group’s Phoenix, Arizona office. He has Master of Science degree in Analytical/Industrial Chemistry from Acadia University in Wolfville, Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Education, Secondary Science from Acadia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry from University of Montreal, Canada.
