Career Sales Veteran Brings over 25 Years of Experience
Richmond, VA, – August 20, 2018, GRS Title Services, LLC has announced that David Larkin has joined its team as Director, Business Development.
Based in New Jersey, Mr. Larkin has a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Southern College of Technology, Marietta, GA. David has over 25 years of sales experience and has spent the last six years of his career focusing on the engineering due diligence of various CRE related products with an emphasis on title coordination. He’s worked closely with law firms, REITS, title organizations, private equity and lending institutions, and individual corporations ensuring the transaction at hand came to close. He will be responsible for developing title business with national customers, focusing on individual as well as multi-state and multi-site transactions.
