GRS | Corteq recently provided assessment services on the refinance of Peak 4420, a 209-unit, garden-style multifamily housing community in Colorado Springs, CO. 

The seven-building property is located at 4420 East Pikes Peak Avenue. This is to the east of downtown Colorado Springs and near major thoroughfares, including Interstate 25. 

GRS Group client, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF), placed the 10-year, non-recourse fixed-rate loan with Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) program.
